1. Pick your apps

Choose the apps and categories you want to guard. Screen Owl uses Apple's Screen Time, so your app list never leaves your phone.

2. Say why

Opening a guarded app asks for a reason. An AI checks it against your goals, your focus hours and your sleep schedule.

3. Stay on track

Good reasons get a short unlock. Then the app locks again. Work Mode and Sleep Mode make the owl stricter when it matters.
